The Whole Self
The Whole Self program is a powerful three-month coaching experience that invites you to explore, understand, and transform your life by working on your mindset, behaviours, and goals. By uncovering your true self and identifying limiting patterns, together we will create a personalized roadmap for your long-term transformation and growth.
Session Structure:
Week 1 & 2: Setting the Base: Who You Are and What You Want
In the first two weeks, we will lay the foundation by helping you define your true self and clarify your desires. This involves exploring your values, passions, strengths and goals to ensure alignment in all aspects of your life.
Week 3 & 4: Exploring Your Behaviour Patterns
These weeks focus on uncovering the behavior patterns that have led you to your current situation. By understanding these habits, we’ll identify what’s holding you back from achieving your full potential.
Week 5: Understanding the Root Causes of Your Challenges
We will delve deeper into the root causes of the obstacles you're facing, whether they stem from past experiences, limiting beliefs, or external factors, to gain clarity and insight into the underlying issues.
Week 6: Self-Awareness, Self-Reflection & Accountability
This week is centered on self-awareness, allowing you to reflect on your progress and set clear intentions. Accountability will be a key theme, helping you take responsibility for your growth and the steps needed to continue forward.
Week 7: Setting Mid-Term Goals
With a clearer understanding of your patterns and desires, this week focuses on setting realistic and achievable mid-term goals that align with your long-term vision for your life.

The Path is a six-month transformational coaching program designed for individuals who are ready to spiritually grow, connect deeper with their inner self, and create a life aligned with their true essence. This program offers a deep exploration of who you truly are, where you want to go, and how to integrate spiritual practices into your everyday life for lasting transformation.
24 sessions — $2,500
Session Structure:
Months 1-3: The first three months are dedicated to deep self-exploration and setting mid-term goals. We will work together to help you discover and understand all aspects of your being—your values, beliefs, behaviorus, and desires. You will reflect on who you are at the core and who you want to become. This stage incorporates the core teachings of the 3-Month Whole-Self Coaching Program to provide a solid foundation for the journey ahead.
Month 4: Exploring Spiritual Paths
In Month 4, we will shift the focus to exploring various spiritual paths. You’ll learn about different philosophies, practices, and belief systems to see what resonates with your soul. This month is about opening your heart and mind to the infinite possibilities of spiritual growth and gaining a deeper understanding of how spirituality can enhance your life.
Month 5: Tuning Into the Path That Suits You
As we move into Month 5, you will begin to fine-tune your spiritual path. Based on the insights you’ve gained from the previous month, you will start aligning with the practices and philosophies that best suit your unique needs and desires. This is about creating a customized approach that feels authentic and empowering to you.
Month 6: Integration & Action Plan to Continue Growing
In the final month, we will focus on integration—taking everything you’ve learned and applying it to your everyday life. The Reconnect Coaching Session is designed for clients who have already completed The Whole Self Program or The Path and are looking to work through a specific issue or challenge in a single session. This session offers focused, one-on-one coaching to help you break through any lingering obstacles, gain clarity, and create an actionable plan to move forward.

Explore the Current Issue
Together, we’ll dive into the current challenge you’re facing. Whether it’s a new concern, a lingering issue, or something that has emerged since completing the program, we’ll identify the root of the problem and gain clarity on its impact on your life.
Determine the Desired Goal
Once the issue is understood, we’ll define your desired outcome. What do you want to achieve in this session? By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clear vision of what success looks like and how it fits into your broader goals.
Create a Short-Term Action Plan
We’ll develop a practical, short-term action plan tailored to your specific issue. You’ll leave the session with clear steps to take, designed to bring immediate progress and momentum toward your goal, while keeping alignment with the work you’ve already done in previous coaching.
This One-Shot session provides an opportunity for targeted, actionable support and empowers you to move forward with confidence and clarity, all while leveraging the growth you’ve already achieved.
