Q&A
Throughout our lives we go through multiple experiences. Some of them can be so overwhelming that we find it difficult to see a way out. At other times, we face problems in our relationships and don't understand the reason. Or we may observe ourselves over and over again repeating a pattern of behavior that we can't seem to get out of on our own. These are some of the issues that may need the intervention of a certified coach.
During the coaching process I focus on you as an individual and not on the problem. My main objective is to guide you to make the unconscious conscious, so you can produce the change that will allow you to find the solutions you’re looking for. Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions about the process.
What’s coaching?
Coaching is a client-centered process where a qualified person, “Coach”, provides guidance and accompaniment to help the client explore new perspectives on a situation. Through questions, dialogues, and reflections, in a supportive environment, we seek to evoke the client's awareness, so that they can deepen their self-knowledge. It is in the state of self-knowledge, where the exploration of options gives rise to creative solutions.
The coaching process is different from other help sessions, such as psychotherapy. In coaching the process focuses on the here and now, to build a better future. It focuses on the person and not on the problem, and its main objective is to guide you to make the unconscious conscious to create long-lasting changes. As a coach I firmly believe that the client is the expert of their own life, and my goal is to help them find clarity and structure in their issues so that they can achieve their goals.

What can I expect from a coach?
A coach is a qualified professional whose role is to accompany and guide you throughout the coaching process until you reach your desired goal. The coach is an empathetic person who, without prejudice, provides you with a safe space to explore and discover new perspectives. They will challenge you to find your own way, and is available to support you. A coach will not tell you what to do, but will guide you to find the answers that lie within you.
It will give you structure within a methodic, fluid process and in an environment of mutual trust, so that together we can co-create an action plan that will allow you to achieve your goals.
What is expected from the client in a coaching session?
You must be willing to commit to the process. Commitment is essential to start working together, since the fluidity of the sessions and the achievement of your goals depend on it.
The person should be open to exploring new perspectives on their situation, know the topic to be discussed before the session begins, and communicate honestly. In order to discover what "it" is that needs to be changed, it is essential to share experiences and feelings as they manifest themselves. Remember that you are in a supportive and confidential environment where you can talk openly without being judged.
How can I determine if we are compatible?
Through a discovery call of about 15 minutes, which I offer free of charge, we’re going to discuss how the session will be conducted. During this first contact, the scope of the process, the limits, your expected goal and your expectations are discussed. This is a good time for both to get to know each other, share our values and assess our willingness to establish a relationship of mutual trust. This way you will be able to know if there is the expected compatibility before getting into the coaching program.
What topics can be covered in a coaching session?
In the personal and professional sphere, there are many topics that can be addressed in a coaching session: leadership, delegation, communication, teamwork, behavioral patterns, various problems in the workplace, deepening self-knowledge, difficulties in establishing healthy boundaries, entrepreneurship, etc.
During the exploratory call you can validate with me the topic you want us to work on.
